I bought this for my mother, so she could have something in an emergency if she would need to get a hold of family right away and didn’t have her phone near her. I currently have a Fitbit sense which I like, but this has features that my sense doesn’t have. Like the calculator and the speaker on when you make a call it seems louder which I like as well. I do like the set-up of the icons look like the iPhone watches. However, it could use some improvement…like the text messaging. I wish you could respond with the text messaging at least something if even just a quick respond or emoji would be nice. It would be 1000 times better if it had a keyboard to respond, too. Also, the dimmest setting seems a little too bright. It would also be nice to see more details on the watch instead of having to go into the app….like monitoring your sleep…etc.

I really like my watch. The screen is large so it makes it easier to read everything. I had one issue with the watch and contacted customer service. They answered my email very quickly and resolved the issue. The CS, Belle, was very helpful and made the purchase of this watch the right choice. I’m very pleased with the watch, but the customer service made all better.

Let me say I think this fitness watch does a good job with the statistics but I questioned the durability, After having this watch for about a week, the silver buckle came off the band. I will try and reattach it otherwise, I plan to return it for the same watch hoping for better results’

If you want one to keep track of steps and blood pressure it works ok. There is question on how accurate the blood pressure is.

I love my new smart watch! All of the health tracking features make it better than the rest, especially for the price. Being able to answer the phone and texts add to its usefulness. It also only needs charging about every 10 days. I think that for the price, it can’t be beat!

I charged it up initially and it worked fine. I wore it 4 times and tried to charge it again and it won’t turn on or charge. I tested the plug with another device and it’s functional but I can’t test the cord as it’s a magnetic charger and I don’t have another device to try it on with that type of charger. I tried for 2 days to charge it and of course it’s conveniently just past it’s return window. $43 wasted.

I live everything about this watch. I was having trouble with trying to get the blood pressure to ba accurate and customer service emailed me and walked me through to get it right. They went above and beyond. I appreciate that.. Will definitely be purchasing from them again and again
